Returns and Product Care Details

Within 30 days of purchase, Slow Yourself Down will gladly accept returns of brand-new, unwashed, unworn items with tags still attached. Returns of merchandise must be made in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received them; returns or exchanges for merchandise showing wear will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns or refunds for any food items, including our Coffee & Tea jars.

We do make exceptions for defective merchandise, which may be returned or exchanged beyond these conditions, subject to review.

All Sale items are final sale - No returns or exchanges.

Orders made with a promo code can be exchanged or returned.

We also accept exchanges for in-store purchases. A $15 return fee applies, and you must provide a receipt, email, or phone number linked to your order for verification.

For apparel products, we recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors.

For best results, use a normal machine cycle followed by a tumble dry on low heat, or hang dry. Do not bleach, or dry clean and iron on low heat.

Please also note that you should not iron directly on top of the decoration.

Hand-wash both jar and lid with warm, soapy water before first use.

The glass jars are dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing the plastic lid or using the top rack of the dishwasher if absolutely necessary.

Avoid sudden temperature changes with the jar and lid. Not for microwave, oven, stovetop, or direct flame.
