Within 30 days of purchase, Slow Yourself Down will gladly accept returns of brand-new, unwashed, unworn items with tags still attached. Returns of merchandise must be made in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received them; returns or exchanges for merchandise showing wear will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns or refunds for any food items, including our Coffee & Tea jars. We do make exceptions for defective merchandise, which may be returned or exchanged beyond these conditions, subject to review. All of our Signature glass jars are final sale — no returns or exchanges. All Sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges. Gift cards are non-refundable after 24 hours. The card must be unused, and a purchase receipt is required for returns. Orders made with a promo code can be exchanged or returned.
We also accept exchanges for in-store purchases. A $15 return fee applies, and you must provide a receipt, email, or phone number linked to your order for verification.
Your orders are shipped out from our home store in Hanalei. Because of this, shipping times may take slightly longer than usual — we appreciate your understanding and support as we grow.
Order fulfillment is typically within 1–2 business days.
Absolutely! When going through the checkout, select 'Pick-up' as your shipping option and we'll get your order ready for when you arrive at our store.
All prices on slowyourselfdown.com are in USD by default. If you do not live in the USA, there will be a currency conversion when you purchase.

I bought this hat at your lovely store when we visited Hawaii for the first time for our 15th wedding anniversary. I wore it constantly, and then lost it. I tore the house apart. And it was gone. My husband came home to me in tears, because I loved the hat and it had sentimental value. He purchased a replacement for me. I love this hat, wear it for running, at the pool, just everywhere. It goes with everything, love the trucker style, and I always get compliments. I love your store so much!! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Fantastic sage colored hoodie
My girl looks adorable in this hoodie. She forgot to pack one/wear me on the plane. And I’m so happy we got a quality hoodie, made ethically of organic cotton, with a great feel. We also got the shorts. It will be nice to rock the slogan of “slow yourself down” at school this year. The sage green is gorgeous. I love this shop so much. And the lady helping us at the shop was a gem.

you will need to wash this multiple times alone. The blue bleeds heavily. Generally I like SYD products, but this one kind of made a mess of a number of my towels, etc. sorry, guys.
