Within 30 days of purchase, Slow Yourself Down will gladly accept returns of brand-new, unwashed, unworn items with tags still attached. Returns of merchandise must be made in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received them; returns or exchanges for merchandise showing wear will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns or refunds for any food items, including our Coffee & Tea jars. We do make exceptions for defective merchandise, which may be returned or exchanged beyond these conditions, subject to review. All of our Signature glass jars are final sale — no returns or exchanges. All Sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges. Gift cards are non-refundable after 24 hours. The card must be unused, and a purchase receipt is required for returns. Orders made with a promo code can be exchanged or returned.
We also accept exchanges for in-store purchases. A $15 return fee applies, and you must provide a receipt, email, or phone number linked to your order for verification.
Your orders are shipped out from our home store in Hanalei. Because of this, shipping times may take slightly longer than usual — we appreciate your understanding and support as we grow.

Definitely love that this company has fast shipping and that they are the very few local coffee companies that sell reusable glass containers with lids in various sizes. I was grateful to find that my favorite local coffee shop on Kauai had a platform/ website to order these reusable jars. I had a couple jars before but some were destroyed in the process of moving off island, so I'm really glad to have a piece of home (Kauai) that I get to use on the daily and to have a constant reminder to slow down and enjoy the little things in life. My favorite hat!
I bought this hat at your lovely store when we visited Hawaii for the first time for our 15th wedding anniversary. I wore it constantly, and then lost it. I tore the house apart. And it was gone. My husband came home to me in tears, because I loved the hat and it had sentimental value. He purchased a replacement for me. I love this hat, wear it for running, at the pool, just everywhere. It goes with everything, love the trucker style, and I always get compliments. I love your store so much!! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Great storage items
Saw and used the Mason jars in a rental we had in Princeville. We really liked them. They come in assorted sizes and are well made. Plus they have "Hanalei" on the side that reminds us of our favorite place on Earth. Will probably buy more.

I’m usually a XS in some of the crop T’s but I got a large and I love the weight fits. The fabric is soft and I noticed I don’t need to iron this one. I absolutely love the color, the texture, and the design!
