My journey to Kaua‘i from Vermont began with my passion for natural wellness and my work with LifeVantage, where I’ve spent over a decade helping families and their animals understand herbal cellular activation.
When I connected with Daize and Aamion, the founders of Slow Yourself Down, I instantly resonated with their message of presence, intention, and community impact. Joining the team in 2021 felt like the right team to spend my time with.
Today I’m proud to help lead our Dream Team across Slow Yourself Down, Wishing Well Shave Ice, and Wishing Well Coffee & Tea. My goal is to create a space where every person feels the love, vision, and energy that make Slow Yourself Down, Hanalei so special.
When I’m not in the shop, you’ll find me with horses, practicing equine acupressure, or exploring the island with my sweetheart, Tom.
