These days, you’ll find her in the office running customer service and shipping with her baby, Rio, by her side balancing motherhood and management.
Before joining Slow Yourself Down, Bridget tried a little bit of everything. She’s been a beekeeper (which brought her to the Amazon jungle), hemp farmer, baker, and social media manager. She’s hiked countless mountains, road-tripped to music festivals, and lived life full of adventure.
Bridget has since found joy in slowing down. She spent the last two years living in Aamion’s treehouse, where she grew her little family among the treetops with her love, Javi. Now, they’ve moved into a home with a bit more space for Rio to roam.
When she’s not helping customers or packing orders, you can find her searching for shells along the shore, hanging with her cat Betty, soaking in sunsets, and sharing her love of the ocean, and all things water, with her son.
