Wishing Well's Blend Coffee

Within 30 days of purchase, Slow Yourself Down will gladly accept returns of brand-new, unwashed, unworn items with tags still attached. Returns of merchandise must be made in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received them; returns or exchanges for merchandise showing wear will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns or refunds for any food items, including our Coffee & Tea jars. We do make exceptions for defective merchandise, which may be returned or exchanged beyond these conditions, subject to review. All of our Signature glass jars are final sale — no returns or exchanges. All Sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges. Gift cards are non-refundable after 24 hours. The card must be unused, and a purchase receipt is required for returns. Orders made with a promo code can be exchanged or returned.

We also accept exchanges for in-store purchases. A $15 return fee applies, and you must provide a receipt, email, or phone number linked to your order for verification.

Your orders are shipped out from our home store in Hanalei. Because of this, shipping times may take slightly longer than usual — we appreciate your understanding and support as we grow.

Due to recent changes in USPS shipping guidelines, orders shipped from Kauaʻi may take 2–3 weeks to arrive, depending on their destination.

Please keep these extended transit times in mind when placing your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Absolutely! When going through the checkout, select 'Pick-up' as your shipping option and we'll get your order ready for when you arrive at our store.

All prices on slowyourselfdown.com are in USD by default. If you do not live in the USA, there will be a currency conversion when you purchase.

You can adjust the currency the prices show in using the Country/Region selector at the top of the page on desktop. On mobile, use the side menu or find it in the footer.

Please reach out with any questions or concerns using the chat bubble in the bottom right of the screen — that connects you with one of our team members in the fastest way.

You can also reach us at orders@slowyourselfdown.com.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. We allow a one-hour window after an order is placed to request changes or cancellations. After this window, we are unable to accommodate modifications to items, sizes, quantities, or shipping addresses.

All changes and cancellations are subject to approval and cannot be guaranteed if your order has already entered processing.

If you need a different size or item after your order has shipped, please refer to our return and exchange policy. All jar sales are final.
