This is the coffee we serve every day at our flagship café in Hanalei, a house blend created with care, roasted on Kauaʻi, and made to turn an everyday cup into something worth savoring.
Organically grown and transparently sourced at the farm and co-op levels, our blend is custom-roasted for Wishing Well by Outpost Coffee Kauaʻi. The beans are seasonally selected to create a cup with a rich chocolate body, caramel-like sweetness, and subtle dried-fruit notes that bring depth, balance, and a gentle brightness.
Designed to pair beautifully with milk, this blend creates a sweet, fudgy latte with a smooth, full-bodied finish. It is equally satisfying as espresso on its own, balanced, rich, and deeply enjoyable.

This robust and smooth blend, roasted locally on Kaua'i by Outpost Coffee Kaua'i, combines the flavors of Brazil and Mexico. The Wishing Well Blend provides a positive and consistent experience, whether you're taking a break in the afternoon or beginning your day. It's a bond with the island, the community, and the world that goes beyond simply enjoying coffee.
Within 30 days of purchase, Slow Yourself Down will gladly accept returns of brand-new, unwashed, unworn items with tags still attached. Returns of merchandise must be made in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received them; returns or exchanges for merchandise showing wear will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns or refunds for any food items, including our Coffee & Tea jars. We do make exceptions for defective merchandise, which may be returned or exchanged beyond these conditions, subject to review. All of our Signature glass jars are final sale — no returns or exchanges. All Sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges. Gift cards are non-refundable after 24 hours. The card must be unused, and a purchase receipt is required for returns. Orders made with a promo code can be exchanged or returned.
We also accept exchanges for in-store purchases. A $15 return fee applies, and you must provide a receipt, email, or phone number linked to your order for verification.
Your orders are shipped out from our home store in Hanalei. Because of this, shipping times may take slightly longer than usual — we appreciate your understanding and support as we grow.
Order fulfillment is typically within 1–2 business days.
Absolutely! When going through the checkout, select 'Pick-up' as your shipping option and we'll get your order ready for when you arrive at our store.

I love these jars, the writing and everything on them! Appreciate how there is an option to mix & match. I had gotten one jar a couple years ago on our babymoon, and sadly it just broke so I was so thrilled when I found them online! Of course I had to get a four pack. & I love having one in each size! Every morning while on Kauai, I went to Slow Yourself Down for Chia mango coconut pudding. I use these jars to bring back that memory and they are wonderful for any type of non-plastic food storage as well as prepping quick salads.
