The Slow Yourself Down Jar Book is a collaboration between Slow Yourself Down and High Carb Hannah.
Hannah and her husband moved to Kaua'i in search for a more simple, community filled life and she started working in our Wishing Well Coffee House.
She created and crafts the chia pudding and overnight oat jars that you can grab in the front fridge of the coffee house. Many of our patrons inquired about the what the recipe was so they could recreate them at home along with many of our recipes.
From there, the idea for the Jar Book was born.
As a YouTuber with nearly 800k subscribers, she has been creating and photographing healthy plant-based recipes for the last decade and has 5 self-published recipe books.
