Within 30 days of purchase, Slow Yourself Down will gladly accept returns of brand-new, unwashed, unworn items with tags still attached. Returns of merchandise must be made in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received them; returns or exchanges for merchandise showing wear will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns or refunds for any food items, including our Coffee & Tea jars. We do make exceptions for defective merchandise, which may be returned or exchanged beyond these conditions, subject to review. All of our Signature glass jars are final sale — no returns or exchanges. All Sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges. Gift cards are non-refundable after 24 hours. The card must be unused, and a purchase receipt is required for returns. Orders made with a promo code can be exchanged or returned.
We also accept exchanges for in-store purchases. A $15 return fee applies, and you must provide a receipt, email, or phone number linked to your order for verification.
Your orders are shipped out from our home store in Hanalei. Because of this, shipping times may take slightly longer than usual — we appreciate your understanding and support as we grow.
Order fulfillment is typically within 1–2 business days.
Absolutely! When going through the checkout, select 'Pick-up' as your shipping option and we'll get your order ready for when you arrive at our store.
All prices on slowyourselfdown.com are in USD by default. If you do not live in the USA, there will be a currency conversion when you purchase.

When I visited Hanalei and found Slow Yourself Down, I knew I was where I was supposed to be. Literally everything felt right. This pouch was a souvenir I purchased for myself, because I loved everything about it, and when I got home, I felt that I needed to gift one too. I use this everyday and each day I take time to, breathe, read about grounding and feeling the energy, smile with memory from Kauai, and my nervous system resets. It is a never-ending gift and a reminder of where I need to plan my retirement ;)

Best jars/ cups !!
I love these jars, the writing and everything on them! Appreciate how there is an option to mix & match. I had gotten one jar a couple years ago on our babymoon, and sadly it just broke so I was so thrilled when I found them online! Of course I had to get a four pack. & I love having one in each size! Very good customer service, too!

Every morning while on Kauai, I went to Slow Yourself Down for Chia mango coconut pudding. I use these jars to bring back that memory and they are wonderful for any type of non-plastic food storage as well as prepping quick salads.
