50% Brésil, Fazenda Minamihara
50% Mexique, Nuevo Paraiso

Cet assemblage a été sélectionné avec plusieurs objectifs en tête. Tous deux sont issus de l'agriculture biologique et proviennent de sources transparentes, tant au niveau de la ferme que de la coopérative. Le Fazenda Minamihara est un cépage Obata de basse altitude qui apporte à l'espresso une note chocolatée et corsée.

Le Nuevo Paraiso offre une douceur caramélisée et de délicates notes fruitées qui apportent acidité et gourmandise au mélange. Ce mélange a également été conçu pour être associé au lait, s'harmonisant parfaitement avec ses matières grasses pour créer un latte doux et fondant.

Perfect from start to finish

We’ve been dreaming of all the delicious Wishing Well treats we had when we visited Kauai ever since we got back home from our trip! It was so nice to receive a little piece of the goodness when our order arrived! Everything was perfect from start to finish! Smooth and delicious!!!

Love this blend! I usually like darker roasts but this blend is so delicious and smooth that I already ordered 2 more bags. I don’t take any cream or sugar in my coffee and this blend tastes really good with nothing in it! Something so comforting about the coffee!

I collected the jars and lids while in Hanalei. The lids are amazing! They fit my giant mason jars that I use for soups as well as the amazing jars they came with. I use them for all my fresh juices, soups, chia seed puddings etc. when you open my fridge all you see is “Slow yourself down” and makes me remember the island! 🤙🏼
